How's it going?

I am Abhishek, graduate with a major (with honors) in Computer Science and Engineering and a minor in Applied Statistics and Informatics at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. My broad interests lie in Machine Learning, Web Search and Mining and Operating Systems. I am also interested to explore other fields and have done courses in Reinforcement Learning and Blockchains.

I worked on analysing the speedups of using gradient based subset selection methods in hyper-parameter tuning techniques as part of my bachelor thesis under the guidance of Prof. Ganesh Ramakrishnan.

Am a fitness fanatic who prefers calisthenics. I like to play badminton and am eager to learn swimming one day. In my free time I do some reading, mostly modern-day philosophical type. Used to draw in my childhood but rarely now. Not active on facebook/instagram - ping me on LinkedIn.
